The new logo of the ADCMC was launched morning today 08/10/2022 at the centre's headquarters in Abu Dhabi, in the presence of senior officials from the emirate of Abu Dhabi, the center's staff and various media.

The ADCMC plays a pivotal role in coordinating response efforts with its partners, representing an orchestrator in arranging and managing procedures, synchronizing and organizing tasks on the ground to ensure the best results with its leading crisis management eco-system, in an aim to achieve Emirate resiliency and preserve the safety and security of its people and property.

He said H.E. Staff Major General Pilot Faris Khalaf Al Mazrouei: the new institutional logo of the ADCMC with its five parts is based on the center's capability model around anticipation, prevention, preparedness, response and recovery, which is like an open hand that symbolizes courage, vigilance, empathy, efficiency, cooperation and flexibility, in order to achieve the center's role in anticipation to anticipate potential crises, prevention to avoid disasters, timely response and assistance in recovery.

He expressed his appreciation for the center's efficient and committed team, stressing his confidence in the team's ability to continue the center's mission in serving the emirate of Abu Dhabi based on the visions and directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE.

In his speech during the launch of the logo, he reviewed some successful initiatives of the ADCMC, including the emergency and crisis management Ambassadors Program, the readiness and planning management initiative “together we plan”, and the business continuity management Forum, which resulted in programs toward building an integrated eco-system.

During the launch of the new logo, an introductory short film was played showing the story of the new identity.
