As the first entity in the MENA region to utilise generative AI to enhance customer experiences within the entertainment and leisure sector, Miral will leverage the Azure OpenAI Service to augment the capabilities of its chatbots and provide personalised guidance and information to customers visiting Yas Island’s theme parks and experiences.
