The Emergencies, Crises and Disasters Management Centre Abu Dhabi (ADCMC), in cooperation with the Abu Dhabi Youth Council, organised a specialised training workshop on the emergency ecosystem. The workshop was delivered by the Sanid Programme of the Emirates Foundation.

The workshop was part of the Abu Dhabi Youth in Emergency Response initiative. It aimed to train and equip youth volunteers, enabling them to support response efforts to various risks and crises efficiently and professionally, in line with the highest standards adopted in Abu Dhabi.

The workshop addressed key themes, focusing on mechanisms for rapid response to emergencies, the principles of field coordination, and ways to strengthen community cohesion during crises. These collaborative efforts aim to develop a generation of young people capable of taking responsibility and actively contributing to public safety and the protection of national achievements, while promoting a culture of specialised volunteering in rapid emergency response.
