Mubadala has listed subsidiary company GlobalFoundries, a leading global semiconductor manufacturer, on NASDAQ. GlobalFoundries achieved an initial public offering (IPO) of approximately 10 per cent of its shares, raising AED9.5bn ($2.6bn).
GlobalFoundries employs 15,000 staff across three facilities in Germany, Singapore and USA. Its feature-rich technology products enable billions of devices worldwide.
