Hamdan bin Zayed crowned winners of Bairaq Al Emarat Award as part of the 16th Al Dhafra Festival. HH emphasised the leadership’s keenness to support such festivals to consolidate the culture of heritage events, contributing to preserving Emirati heritage, customs and traditions.
