Under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler’s Representative in Al Dhafra Region and Chairman of Emirates Red Crescent, has directed Emirates Red Crescent to provide humanitarian aid to victims affected by floods in Libya, reaffirming the UAE’s continued efforts to support victims of humanitarian disasters and crises worldwide.
