His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council, has issued a resolution to restructure the board of Etihad Aviation Group, chaired by His Excellency Mohamed Mubarak Fadhel Al Mazrouei.

The board members include Vice-Chair His Excellency Mohammed Ali Al Shorafa Al Hammadi, His Excellency Hisham Khalid Tawfiq Malak, Mr Jasim Husain Thabet, Mr Masood Mohammad Mohammad Sharif Mahmood, Mr Mansour Mohamed Abdulqader Al-Mulla and Mr Jacob Kalkman.
