Hamdan bin Zayed has witnessed the 22nd graduation ceremony of Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum Naval College in Al Taweelah, Abu Dhabi. HH congratulated graduates on their academic achievements and wished them success in employing their abilities in service of the nation.
