Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC) and Al Ain Convention Centre, part of the ADNEC Group, are set to host a record number of major strategic events in the upcoming months. The total events that will be hosted at the ADNEC Group's centres during the next four months of the year are expected to exceed the pre-pandemic period by more than 30%.

These events will contribute to attracting a line-up of exhibitors, visitors and experts from all over the world to Abu Dhabi, with an expected participation rate of more than 40% compared to the pre-pandemic era. The agenda includes a number of events being hosted for the first time in Abu Dhabi and the Middle East. Bringing these events to the emirate forms part of ADNEC's efforts to further strengthen Abu Dhabi’s position as the capital of business tourism in the region.

The events agenda consolidates the position of ADNEC as an ideal destination for major international events, solidifying its role as the largest exhibition and conference centre in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), spanning an area of more than 153,000 square metres. The events also reinforce the position of the Al Ain Convention Centre as a primary destination for hosting international exhibitions and conferences in the MENA region.

In September, the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre will host three events and a graduation ceremony for students. The 20th edition of the Abu Dhabi International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition (ADIHEX), the largest exhibition of its kind in the Middle East and Africa, organised by the Emirates Falconers' Club, will take place from 2-8 September. The exhibition offers a opportunity for local, regional, and international companies and brands to participate, network, and meet potential partners and customers, with the aim of building strong bilateral business relationships.

ADNEC will also host AM Conclave Middle East 2023 on 13 and 14 September, a global platform for discussing the applications of 3D printing technologies. The conference brings together government officials, experts, programme providers, material manufacturers, and research institutes to discuss ideas that can promote the widespread use of these technologies.

On 20 September, a new cohort of students from Rabdan Academy will graduate, while the Maissane Design in Abu Dhabi 2023 will also launch, hosting a range of artists, designers, photographers, sculptors, jewellers, furniture makers, stringed instrument makers, blacksmiths and more over three days. The event is the first design exhibition that integrates artistic trends, decorations and interior architecture.

ADNEC will host a wide range of exceptional events, exhibitions and conferences during October. This will commence with the Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference (ADIPEC 2023) from 2-5 October. The event is considered the largest and most influential energy conference globally, gathering sector leaders, innovators and policymakers to accelerate the implementation of reliable solutions to address the world's largest challenges, as nations strive for a carbon emissions-free world.

Simultaneously with ADIPEC, the 2023 Manufacturing & Industrialisation Conference 2023 will take place at ADNEC, serving as a platform to discuss and identify challenges and opportunities for the industry, all in the context of the quest for greater sustainability.

Al Ain Convention Centre will host the Consumer Autumn Exhibition 2023 from 25 August until 7 October. This exhibition will bring together exhibitors from around the world to display and promote their products. The Back to School with Elite events 2023 will take place on 26-27 August at ADNEC, enabling visitors to purchase various back-to-school supplies at special prices and offers. The Greenex 2023 exhibition will be held from 19-22 October and the Sijaya Bridal Exhibition in Al Ain will kick off on 27 October and continue for 4 days.

From 10 to 13 October, ADNEC will host the International Congress on Archives 2023, under the theme Enriching Knowledge Societies. The congress allows global archive professionals to share innovative ideas, research and bring together experts from various relevant fields to exchange knowledge at the event.

During October 17-22, ADNEC's Marina Hall will host the Badminton Championship - Abu Dhabi Super 100. The Auto Moto Show 2023, the largest specialised exhibition in the region for the automotive and modified motorcycles sector, will take place from 19-22 October. The event will attract major local and international companies, as well as enthusiasts interested in the sector, and will feature a variety of events and sessions.

From 25-27 October, ADNEC will host the Global Information Technology Challenge 2023, which directly contributes to the national policy to empower People of Determination launched by the UAE Government.

There will be a series of educational, intellectual, and employment-related events before the end of the year including Najah Education and Training 2023, which will take place over three days from 29-31 October. The exhibition serves as a platform for recruiting students from higher education institutions in the UAE, providing an opportunity for universities, colleges and other higher education institutions to showcase their programmes and interact with potential students.

On 31 October, the IAPH World Ports Conference 2023 will commence for three days. This conference will gather some of the world's leading port operators, their clients, and other relevant parties and regulatory bodies to contribute to shaping the future across various sectors and domains.

November will include a range of commercial, sports, media, and knowledge-related events. The International Jewellery and Watch Show 2023 will be held during 1-5 November. This event offers jewellery enthusiasts from across the GCC countries the opportunity to explore the latest and most unique luxury products.

ADNEC will host the Dress Your Best Exhibition by Dar Al Kashkha from the 3-6 November, enabling visitors to discover trends in wedding and evening gowns, jewellery and traditional robes.

The Abu Dhabi Sports and Fitness Expo 2023, which will take place on 4-5 November at ADNEC, brings together the best fitness companies in the region to display the most modern and innovative sports products and technologies. It will also feature famous athletes, global competitions and fitness lessons suitable for all ages.

On 8 November, the graduation ceremony for the students of the Abu Dhabi Polytechnic class of 2023 will take place. ADNEC will also host the fifth edition of the Abu Dhabi International Boat Show 2023 in partnership with Abu Dhabi Maritime from 9-12 November, serving as an ideal platform for local and international companies to enhance their presence in the regional markets, allowing them to display their products and marine-related equipment.

The School and Nursery Show 2023 will be held on 11 and 12 November, bringing together a range of schools and nurseries, providing parents with an opportunity to have their educational questions addressed.

From 12-15 November, both the GCC CIGRE International Conference and Exhibition for Electrical Equipment and Tawdheef Recruitment Show 2023 will take place at ADNEC. The latter aims to support government efforts to increase the percentage of UAE Nationals in the workforce by connecting talented and qualified Emiratis with recruitment officials from leading entities in the public and private sector.

ADNEC Group will organise the second edition of the Global Media Congress 2023 in collaboration with the Emirates News Agency (WAM) from 14-16 November. The event will attract media industry leaders, specialists, global influencers, academics, and university students, providing a crucial platform for national, regional, and international media organisations to discuss the role of media in driving sustainable development worldwide.

The 8th CyberSciTech 2023 conference by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers will be held during 14-17 November, featuring international and regional high-level speakers, covering a wide range of exciting topics in cybersecurity and related fields.

From 17 November, the 11th Emirates International Orthopaedic Conference will take place over three days, gathering global and regional high-level speakers who will discuss an array of topics in orthopaedic surgery and related fields.

Between 19-21 November, the Federation of Afro-Asian Insurers & Reinsurers Conference 2023 will be held in Abu Dhabi, bringing together hundreds of executives and decision-makers from the global insurance and reinsurance markets.

From 20-22 November, the 4th edition of ViV MEA 2023 and the Horti Agri Next 2023 exhibition will take place, serving as a comprehensive platform for agricultural and animal production specialists, suppliers and buyers to communicate and exchange knowledge and expertise.

The WorldSkills Asia 2023 event aims to enhance the levels of excellence in competency and skill development will be held during 27-29 November. It will contribute to raising awareness about the importance of excellence and high-quality vocational education, training and youth development in Asian economies.

Simultaneously, the second edition of the Abu Dhabi International Food Exhibition (ADIFE 2023), in cooperation with the Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority, will take place, serving as an important platform for the global food sector. It will welcome agricultural technology experts, content creators, and government officials from around the world to exchange ideas and explore investment opportunities in the food, beverage and hospitality sectors. The 9th edition of the Abu Dhabi Date Palm Exhibition (ADDPE) 2023 will also be held in collaboration with the Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority, presenting an opportunity for exhibitors to showcase their products and enhance their presence in the global date trade market.

ADNEC will conclude this year by hosting the Super Angels Summit 2023, which will take place on 15-16 December. The summit is one of the most prominent global gatherings for start-ups, bringing together entrepreneurs, business leaders and investors to exchange ideas, collaborate and drive innovation. The summit aims to accelerate the success and growth of the participating start-ups.
