The Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry has announced the launch of its services on Abu Dhabi Government Services platform TAMM, a unified system helping customers reach a curated package of smart services anytime anyplace.

The move comes within the UAE government strategy in digital transformation and to be the best country around the globe in smart government services and smart applications as well as within the efforts of Abu Dhabi government to advance the digital transformation in the Emirate and promoting the lifestyle of its citizens and residents by allowing them to reach all government services seamlessly with a click of a button through safe and integrated digital platforms.

The announcement comes in parallel with Abu Dhabi Chamber long-term strategy of digital transformation by enriching the experience of its members through a comprehensive range of services utilizing the latest technological solutions for top quality and efficient services.

“We are pleased to announce that our services are now available on TAMM, which harnesses the latest technologies and digital solutions to provide seamless service experiences for customers,” said H.E. Mohammed Helal Al Mheiri, Director General of Abu Dhabi Chamber.

“Digital transformation has become a reality in this day and age. The digital ecosystem has proven its ability and resilience to adapt to emerging crises, especially COVID-19 pandemic,” he added, noting that providing Abu Dhabi Chamber services through TAMM would contribute to enriching the customer’s experience and promote the business and investment environment in Abu Dhabi.

Members of the Abu Dhabi Chamber can now access its services by downloading TAMM app, visiting TAMM website, approaching TAMM service centers, or by calling toll free number 800-555.

Abu Dhabi Chamber offer a wide range of services including certificates of origin, new membership, certificate of non-membership, attestation of members documents, membership renewal, to whom it may concern certificates, contract legal review, membership cancellation, updating memberships, legal consultation, businessman certificate, reactivating a cancelled membership, opening new local branch, mubdia licence registration, and amicable mediation services.

It is worth noting that TAMM platform grants citizens, residents, and visitors in Abu Dhabi a seamless and approachable way to access all Abu Dhabi government services within a unified ecosystem titled “One Government, A unified Ecosystem” through four main channels: Customer Service Centers, Contact Center, TAMM website, and TAMM smart app.

Customers can also get the required information about all government services including general information about a specific service, the eligibility of obtaining the service, the supporting documents for the service, and completing registration request, which would provide citizens and residents with high quality and efficient government services through a single point of access.
