In his capacity as Ruler of Abu Dhabi, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, has issued an Emiri decree granting His Excellency Mohammed bin Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan the rank of Department Chairman.
