Ethara and the Authority of Social Contribution – Ma’an have collaborated to embed values of community engagement into Ethara’s calendar of live events and experiences across Abu Dhabi.
Through this partnership, Ethara will open Yas Marina Circuit and other venues to the authority for hosting awareness programmes and community experiences, turning event spaces into platforms for social impact. The collaboration will also create volunteering opportunities and support the authority’s fundraising initiatives by introducing easy ways for fans to make contributions when purchasing tickets or attending events.
The partnership aims to transform Abu Dhabi’s live events into experiences that not only entertain but also unite communities through giving, contribution, and participation.
Saif Al Noaimi, CEO of Ethara, said: "Ethara delivers some of the region’s most anticipated events. Through partnership with the Authority of Social Contribution - Ma’an, we can extend their impact beyond entertainment and channel it towards addressing social priorities across Abu Dhabi. Live events have intrinsic power to unite people and this partnership will help us to harness this energy for the good of the community.”
His Excellency Abdullah Humaid Al Ameri, Director General, Authority of Social Contribution – Ma’an, said: "At the Authority of Social Contribution – Ma’an, we connect the community by building partnerships to jointly address social priorities, as we truly believe in the power of collective effort to amplify and create lasting impact on the community. Our landmark partnership with Ethara represents a significant chapter for social impact in Abu Dhabi. By bringing the community together and channelling support toward Ma’an’s initiatives, we are creating a powerful platform for generosity that empowers meaningful change across the emirate.
“This partnership comes as part of our recently launched fundraising campaign aiming to drive community contributions towards key social projects, while fostering a stronger culture of giving among Abu Dhabi’s community members.”
In alignment with Abu Dhabi’s vision for the UAE Year of Community 2025, this partnership celebrates collaboration between government, private and community sectors and empowering every individual to play a role in building a more connected and compassionate society.
