The 3rd edition of the Hili Forum will convene in Abu Dhabi under the theme "Gulf at Crossroads: Conflict, Consequences and Course Correction." Co-organized by the Emirates Center for Strategic Studies and Research (ECSSR) and the Anwar Gargash Diplomatic Academy (AGDA), this year’s Forum takes place at a pivotal moment for the Gulf and the evolving international order.

The Forum brings together policymakers, government officials, thought leaders, academics and international experts to examine the evolving geopolitical, security, economic and technological landscape of the Gulf, while exploring the region’s future role in shaping the international order. Hili Forum serves as a platform for strategic dialogue, knowledge exchange and collaboration, fostering partnerships and exploring practical approaches to emerging challenges and opportunities shaping the region and the wider world.
