Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler’s Representative in Al Dhafra Region, the Al Nouf 43ft Dhow Sailing Race, organised by Abu Dhabi Marine Sports Club, will take place in Abu Dhabi from 13-14 September 2025.
The race will begin at Aali Al Nouf and end at Abu Dhabi Corniche, covering 17 nautical miles and attracting 90 sailing dhows. The event supports the ongoing preservation of the UAE’s maritime heritage and showcases the sailing skills of national talent.
The race aligns with the club’s wider events programme to support the preservation of the UAE's maritime heritage, consolidating the values of maritime life and passing them down to a new generation.
Abu Dhabi Marine Sports Club has opened registration for the Al Nouf 43ft Dhow Sailing Race through the club’s website.
