Rabdan Academy and Anwar Gargash Diplomatic Academy (AGDA) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to enhance joint cooperation between the two Academies in the fields of international relations, diplomacy, safety, security, defence, emergency and crisis management.

The signing ceremony took place at AGDA in Abu Dhabi, where the MoU was signed by H.E. James Morse, President of Rabdan Academy, and H.E. Nickolay Mladenov, Director General of AGDA, in the presence of a number of senior management members of both parties.

The strategic partnership between the two Academies will pave the way for an opportunity to exchange relevant knowledge and expertise, provide technical and consulting services, develop professional academic and training programs, along with joint research collaboration that contributes to developing diplomatic & security studies and solutions to the most complex issues in international relations around the world.

The two Academies also seek, through this cooperation, to provide a joint platform that supports the development of diplomatic, security and defence capacities and competencies, through the global expertise of both Academies that combine academic & specialized research education, and professional expertise at the international level.

H.E. The two Academies will form a joint working group to develop the necessary vision and mechanisms that contribute to achieving the greatest possible benefit under this fruitful strategic partnership, especially since both are specialized higher education institutions, which uniquely combine high-level academic education and professional vocational training.
